לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, בעסקת מכר מרחוק אפשר לבטל בתוך 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר. אצלנו תקופת ההחזרה ארוכה יותר, 30 יום, והזכויות שלכם לפי החוק שמורות תמיד. ההחזר הכספי מבוצע בתוך 14 יום מקבלת הודעת הביטול, לאותו אמצעי תשלום.

- המוצר תקין ושלם, בלי נזק מעבר לשימוש סביר.
- עדיף באריזה המקורית ובתיק הנשיאה.

כותבים לנו בוואטסאפ ל־052-6849887 עם מספר ההזמנה, ומחזירים את הערסל לנקודת האיסוף באשדוד או בנס ציונה, בתיאום. אם הגיע מוצר פגום, נבוא לקראתכם.

Not in love? You have 30 days from pickup to return it for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
Your legal right to cancel
Under Israeli consumer protection law, a distance purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product. Our return window is longer, 30 days, and your legal rights always apply. Refunds are made within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the original payment method.
Conditions
- The product is complete and undamaged beyond reasonable use.
- Preferably in the original packaging and carry bag.
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp at 052-6849887 with your order number and bring the hammock back to the Ashdod or Nes Ziona pickup point, by arrangement. If the product arrived faulty, we will make it easy for you.
