כללי
האתר מוכר את ערסל Sway עם מעמד. המחירים בשקלים והם סופיים. העסק הוא עוסק פטור ולכן אינו גובה מע״מ. המחיר המלא ₪700, ומחיר המבצע ₪450.
הזמנה ותשלום
התשלום ב־PayBox או בביט. ההזמנה נחשבת מאושרת אחרי שהתשלום התקבל ואושר על ידינו, והאישור נשלח בוואטסאפ. על כל תשלום מופקת קבלה.
קנייה חברית
בקנייה חברית כל משתתף משלם את חלקו בקישור אישי. ההזמנה מוכנה לאיסוף אחרי שכל החלקים שולמו. אם לא כל החלקים שולמו בתוך 7 ימים, המזמין יכול להשלים את היתרה, ואם לא, כל מי ששילם מקבל את כספו בחזרה.
איסוף, ביטולים והחזרות
כרגע באיסוף עצמי מאשדוד או מנס ציונה, בלי עלות. הפרטים בעמוד איסוף עצמי. ביטול והחזרה בעמוד החזרות וביטולים, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.
שימוש בטוח
עומס בטוח עד 150 ק״ג. יש להרכיב לפי ההוראות, להציב על משטח ישר, ולהשגיח על ילדים בזמן שימוש.
פרטיות
- אנחנו אוספים רק את מה שנדרש כדי לספק את ההזמנה: שם, טלפון ונקודת איסוף.
- הפרטים נשמרים במערכת ההזמנות שלנו ומשמשים רק להזמנה ולשירות.
- פרטי התשלום נשארים באפליקציית התשלום (PayBox או ביט) ולא מגיעים אלינו.
- לא מעבירים מידע לאף אחד.
- עוגיות: רק אם תסכימו, האתר משתמש ב־Google Analytics ובפיקסל של מטא כדי למדוד ביקורים ופרסום. אפשר לסרב, והאתר עובד בדיוק אותו דבר.
- לעיון בפרטים או למחיקתם, כתבו לנו בוואטסאפ.

General
This site sells the Sway hammock with stand. Prices are in shekels and final. The business is VAT-exempt (osek patur) and does not charge VAT. Full price ₪700, offer price ₪450.
Orders and payment
Payment is by PayBox or Bit. An order is confirmed once we have received and verified the payment, and the confirmation is sent on WhatsApp. A receipt is issued for every payment.
Group orders
In a group order, each participant pays their share through a personal link. The order is ready for pickup once all shares are paid. If not all shares are paid within 7 days, the organiser may cover the rest; otherwise everyone who paid is refunded.
Pickup, cancellation and returns
For now, self pickup in Ashdod or Nes Ziona at no cost: see Self pickup and Returns, in line with Israeli consumer protection law.
Safe use
Safe load up to 150 kg. Assemble according to the instructions, place on level ground, and supervise children during use.
Privacy
- We collect only what is needed for your order: name, phone and pickup point.
- Details are kept in our order system and used only for the order and service.
- Payment details stay in the payment app (PayBox or Bit) and never reach us.
- We share nothing with anyone.
- Cookies: only if you agree, the site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.
- To see or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp.
Law
Content and the Sway brand are reserved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
